AALTO in Farnborough is seeking an experienced subject matter expert for international mobility to lead deployments, manage visas, work permits and right-to-work compliance. You will develop scalable mobility processes, work with Programmes and Operations, and guide globally mobile employees while maintaining discretion and sound judgement.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in global mobility, international deployments and immigration.
• Proven ability to manage end-to-end deployments in complex locations.
• Experience coordinating with external mobility partners and advising on sponsorship and right-to-work requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end international deployments with Programmes and Operations to define requirements and timelines.
• Manage country-specific deployment activity: visas, work permits, immigration, relocation and employee communications.
• Act as AALTO's expert on immigration, sponsorship and right-to-work matters with compliant records and renewals.
• Assess deployment feasibility, identify risks and provide practical solutions for challenging locations.
• Develop scalable global mobility processes, governance and reporting for deployments, costs and risks.
• Coordinate external specialists and advice on international employment, tax, social security and permanent establishment considerations.
• Guide internationally mobile employees and managers with discretion and sound judgement.
