Howden is seeking a Global Mobility Analyst to own the day-to-day delivery of our mobility programme. You will coordinate international assignments, transfers and cross-border working, interfacing with HR, payroll and tax advisers across multiple jurisdictions.

You will analyze mobility data, drive process improvements and support governance as part of our Global Mobility Centre of Excellence. Hybrid working and a strong emphasis on stakeholder collaboration are offered.

Formación

• Experience in Global Mobility or Expatriate Tax with ownership of complex international cases.
• Strong knowledge of expatriate tax, payroll, immigration and compliance for international working.
• Proven ability to manage operational delivery, prioritise competing demands and resolve issues independently.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end operational delivery of the global mobility programme across assignment types and geographies.
• Build relationships with external advisers to ensure timely, compliant guidance within SLAs.
• Advise HR on mobility solutions including costs, timings and compliance for business decisions.
• Provide mobility reporting and analytics to support budgeting and workforce planning.
• Identify opportunities to automate mobility processes and improve systems and reporting.
