Job summary

Bournes Relocation Solutions is seeking a Corporate Account Manager to join its Corporate Services Team. You will manage a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring exceptional service from onboarding through completion, and work with internal and external partners to coordinate moves.

The role requires knowledge of UK, European and international relocation, with a focus on proactive communication, identifying growth opportunities, and contributing to best practices across the team.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in corporate household goods moving.
• Strong knowledge of UK, European relocation processes.
• Experience with RMCs and DSPs.
• Commercial awareness and budgeting.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Proficient in CRM and move management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of corporate, RMC and trade clients, delivering high-quality service from onboarding to completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across shipping, DSP and logistics to ensure seamless moves.
• Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive communication and support.
• Identify account growth opportunities and drive continuous improvements.
• Provide regular feedback, reporting and insights to senior leadership.
• Share learnings and mentor newer colleagues within the Corporate Services Team.
