Job summary

Vialto seeks an experienced Manager to lead the International Business Travel & Remote Work team in London. You will manage a portfolio of international remote work compliance engagements, coordinate country updates on tax and payroll rules, and mentor junior colleagues while driving continuous improvement across content and processes.

You will work in a hybrid London setting, collaborating with multinational clients and teams across time zones to mitigate compliance risks and deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in personal tax, payroll, global mobility, or social security for international remote work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically.
• Excellent written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver international remote work compliance engagements and client advice.
• Coordinate updates with global offices on tax, payroll, and social security developments.
• Review technical content for accuracy and align with regulatory rules.
