Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Advisor to manage international assignments from start to finish, oversee the Global Mobility Cases tracker, and collaborate with global mobility vendors. The role sits within the Reward, Benefits and Global Mobility Team and reports to the Reward Manager in Newcastle, UK.

The role involves advising on immigration, tax and relocation matters, driving process improvements, and ensuring UK compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience dealing with international assignments and relocations in a global organisation or large professional services firm.
• Proven ability to advise managers and employees on mobility policies and procedures.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with excellent organisational ability.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on global mobility across the EMEAPAC network, balancing business objectives and employee experience.
• Provide timely, accurate advice on mobility policies, immigration, tax and relocation matters to employees and HR teams.
• Conduct risk assessments for mobility cases to ensure compliance before approvals.
• Collaborate with managed services providers to organise logistics including tax support, accommodation, shipping and visa services.
• Maintain the Global Mobility Cases tracker and update stakeholders on arrivals and departures.
