Job summary

Probe UK offers a senior Project Manager role to lead major engineering projects with an international reach, guiding delivery, governance and standardisation across the group. You will collaborate with engineering teams, manufacturing facilities, suppliers and overseas operations to drive strategic projects in a technically challenging environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience delivering engineering projects in mining or heavy engineering.
• Degree, HND or equivalent in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes and specs.
• Experience supporting technical tenders, proposals and design reviews.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-location coordination.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• PMP or equivalent qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering projects from concept through to completion.
• Lead technical reviews of tenders and proposals.
• Monitor progress against timescales, budgets and technical requirements.
• Review drawings, specifications and project documentation for standards.
• Support change management, document control and lessons learned.
• Provide technical and project support across international teams and partners.
