Job summary

Xe is seeking a Manager, Middle Office to design, staff and run the global Middle Office function within Operations & Settlements. You will establish the Middle Office as the trusted operation layer between front and back offices, reporting to the VP, Network Optimisation & Operations as the function scales.

You will build a follow-the-sun cover model, govern controls, manage client deposits and funds, and drive continuous improvement across the trade lifecycle while leading a team

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Middle Office or post-trade team in FX/payments
• Ability to build and redefine a function with clear ownership and controls
• Strong knowledge of deliverable FX products and related lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Design and implement global Middle Office target operating model and service catalogue
• Recruit, onboard and develop regional Middle Office teams"
• Own the end-to-end queue management and exception handling across multiple regions
• Develop MI packs with trend analysis and risk insights across the trade lifecycle
• Lead a globally distributed team and maintain strong front-office relationships
