Xe.com seeks a strategic leader to build and run the global Middle Office, acting as the bridge between front and back office. You will design the operating model, recruit regional teams, and implement controls across reconciliations, finance and investigations.

• Led a Middle Office or post-trade operations team in FX or payments.
• Redesigned or built a function from task list to org chart.
• Strong understanding of deliverable FX products and lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Establish global Middle Office target operating model and service catalogue.
• Staff, onboard and develop regional Middle Office teams across regions.
• Define control boundaries with reconciliations, Credit and Finance.
