J.P. Morgan is seeking a Middle Office Operations Senior Associate to provide operational oversight, run daily controls, and support clients globally.

You will liaise with Structuring, Trading, and Technology teams across the firm’s global footprint to ensure accurate trade capture and client servicing. Join the Nexus Middle Office Team to help grow the Nexus Platform, improve processes, and leverage advanced technology for execution, settlement, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of equities, derivatives, fixed income, options, and futures.
• Strong Excel skills; proficient with Word/PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for addressing and resolving client queries.
• Reconcile trades in daily reports vs internal bookings and investigate breaks.
• Reconcile prices to identify and rectify price exceptions, including BBG levels.
• Verify pricing data prior to distribution of daily reports to high-priority clients.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure trade capture and booking accuracy.
• Reconcile corporate action events and ensure accurate event instructions.
• Reconcile dividends and manage dividend details for reporting.
• Set up, amend, and terminate indices on stakeholder requests.
• Monitor publications and perform reconciliations to ensure correct levels.
• Seek opportunities to automate manual processes wherever feasible.
• Manage mailbox and respond to stakeholders promptly.
