Job summary

Xe is seeking a detail‑oriented Middle Office specialist to join a newly established global function. You will support trade lifecycle processes, link client funds to contracts, manage queues in Zendesk, and ensure timely resolutions with a focus on accuracy and control.

Responsibilities include trade lifecycle support, settlement pre-delivery, funds linking, monitoring, and client account servicing across regions.

Qualifications

Experience in a payments, settlements, trade support or client servicing role within a banking, FX brokerage or international payments environment.
Strong understanding of front-office and back-office processes and how they fit together.
Excellent attention to detail with a disciplined approach to control processes.

Responsibilities

Trade lifecycle support.
Pre-deliver settled contracts so payment can be released on value date.
Link and unlink client funds and disbursements to contracts on dealer instruction.
Monitor funds held on account and chase outstanding receipts beyond tolerance.
Net contracts and distribute forward and option contracts, including option pre-delivery confirmations.
Process trade sell-backs for returned funds and generate advance payment confirmations.
Support management of client deposits against contracts to ensure accurate accounting.
Client account servicing and beneficiary template management.
