Job summary

The Bevcan EMEA Production Engineering team in Wantage (UK) seeks a Production Engineer - Metal Forming for 2-Piece Can operations. You will support multiple European locations, drive process improvements and lead Lean initiatives across cupping, bodymaking, necking, tooling and dies.

Responsibilities include plant support for quality issues, SOP development, cost reduction programs, and hands-on training. Willingness to travel overseas is required to support global projects and new greenfield

Qualifications

• Sound engineering background or degree level.
• Proven experience in 2pc engineering and process knowledge.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support 12 European locations with metal forming improvements.
• Lead line operations, audits and cost-reduction projects.
• Develop SOPs, best practices and training for Metal Forming equipment.
