Job summary

CFA Institute is seeking an Associate Manager, Membership Programs & Initiatives, reporting to the Senior Manager, Membership Initiatives. You will shape and lead assigned Membership programmes from definition through implementation, turning ambiguous priorities into structured plans and measurable outcomes.

You will coordinate across Membership, Marketing, Product, Operations and regional teams, influence without direct authority, and drive governance, planning and reporting practices to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years of progressively responsible programme, initiative, transformation or project leadership experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Experience creating structure around ambiguous priorities and applying governance, planning, risk and reporting disciplines.
• Proven ability to create alignment across functions and geographies without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Membership programmes from initial definition through implementation.
• Translate priorities into integrated plans, roadmaps and governance artifacts.
• Drive delivery across Membership, Marketing, Product, Operations and Technology.
• Provide concise status updates, dashboards and decision-support materials.
• Lead stakeholder engagement and programme communications across functions and geographies.
