Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking an Assistance Coordinator to manage emergency medical assistance cases with empathy and professionalism. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, case management, and client education while adhering to data protection and company policy.

Training will be provided to ensure up-to-date knowledge of schemes and procedures. In this role you will maintain accurate records, work within service levels, and liaise with claims handlers and underwriters.
