Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of medical emergency assistance cases within service standards and timeframes.
• Provide timely, compassionate support to customers experiencing medical emergencies worldwide.
• Proactively review caseload to ensure progress, accurate decisions and efficient claim resolution.
• Identify complex or high-risk cases and escalate as needed to appropriate teams.
• Escalate any concerns relating to potential fraud.
