Job summary

Bauer Media Group in London is seeking a Branded Video Production Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics for branded content productions. You'll handle locations, permits, crews, props, and on-set coordination, ensuring productions run smoothly and safely.

Based in Central London with hybrid work, you will collaborate across teams, maintain production records, raise purchase orders, and support talent and stakeholders from concept through delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in production coordination within video/film environments.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of production processes across digital, video and social platforms.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders; able to handle challenging conversations.
• Calm under pressure with a practical, solutions-focused approach.
• Proactive, detail-oriented team player who takes responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Plan branded video shoots and manage logistics: locations, permits, catering, crew, props and equipment.
• Coordinate freelancers and suppliers; create call sheets and risk assessments.
• On-set production contact; support talent, crew and stakeholders and coordinate communication.
• Ensure client requirements are met and content captured on schedule.
• Set up suppliers, raise purchase orders, manage invoices and project costs.
• Support location recces and evaluate concepts from a production perspective.
• Maintain production records and department trackers.
