Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in the United Kingdom is seeking a Material Planning Manager to lead a small team and drive world-class parts availability. You will oversee day-to-day material planning, master data, and collaboration with global dealer networks to optimise stock and minimise obsolescence.

The role requires a degree in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience, strong SAP/MRP skills, and proven project management abilities.

Qualifications

• Degree level in Business or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Operational knowledge of warehousing and transport processes.
• Understanding of supply chain management to reduce costs and improve responsiveness.
• Experience in project management.
• Ability to lead a diverse team and communicate effectively.
• Awareness of international export/import regulations.

Responsabilités

• Lead and motivate a team of three material planners to deliver high service levels.
• Manage global parts availability targets for fast-moving stock and accessories.
• Optimise MRP in SAP to maintain required availability.
• Collaborate with other parts operations teams to fix material flow issues.
• Support wider Parts Operation strategies including run-out, launches, and warehouse operations.
• Oversee master data management and IT systems related to material planning.
• Contribute to inventory control and minimising financial impact.
