McLaren Automotive is seeking a Senior Material Planning & Controller based in Woking to own and drive the material planning function. You will lead the team, maintain accurate MRP data, and partner with purchasing, engineering and production to secure on-time delivery against budgeted inventory levels.

The role demands strong stakeholder management, governance, and a proactive approach to process improvement within a high-velocity manufacturing environment.

Qualifikationen

• Senior level experience in material planning and control within a manufacturing/auto environment.
• Strong governance and KPI focus in planning and scheduling.
• Proven ability to balance demand and supply using MRP and schedule integrity.

Aufgaben

• Drive and implement planning processes and improvements.
• Own and report on schedule adherence and inventory targets.
• Collaborate with purchasing, engineering and production to resolve capacity constraints.
• Lead the team to ensure on-time delivery and accurate SAP data.
