Job summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a Master Planner to own the Closures master schedule, translating demand, capacity and material constraints into an executable plan that supports on-time delivery, revenue, and inventory control. You will lead cross‑functional planning across Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales and Supply Chain.

The role requires strong SAP, MRP, and master scheduling expertise, with 7+ years in manufacturing planning and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business or related field.
Minimum of 7 years experience in manufacturing planning, master scheduling or related operational planning role.

Responsibilities

Own, maintain and govern the Closures master schedule as the single source of truth for demand, capacity and material availability.
Create and maintain detailed master production and material plans in SAP to drive MRP and production execution.
Lead the S&OP/SIOP cadence across functions to align demand, supply and capacity.
Identify and manage critical path constraints and recovery options.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to remove bottlenecks and protect on‑time delivery.
Develop what-if scenarios to support rescheduling and recovery decisions.
Provide forward-looking visibility of revenue risk, margin impact and inventory risk.
Run and control MRP to support reliable schedule execution.
