Job summary

Crown Agents Bank is seeking an Operational Risk and Business Manager for Global Markets in the UK. You will partner with Front Office leaders to optimise risk controls, drive business growth, and improve operational efficiency across FX and payments.

The role requires extensive experience in first line of defence risk, derivatives knowledge, and the ability to manage complex global programs. As part of the Head of Commercial Risk & Business Management, you will lead strategic initiatives,

Qualifications

• University degree (BA/BSc) required.
• UK regulatory knowledge and derivatives risk essential.
• Experience in first line of defence risk and controls.
• 8+ years global risk/operational risk experience.
• FX, derivatives product knowledge and payments/Trade Finance.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Commercial Risk & Business Management and Front office Global Markets.
• Identify, assess and manage risks within risk appetite framework.
• Drive product development and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Improve operational efficiency across Front Office workflows.
• Produce top-quality presentations for boards and senior meetings.
