Ideal candidates will bring 10+ years in process improvement, a track record of delivering benefits, and expertise in Lean Six Sigma, automation, and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in process reengineering, business transformation, or similar.
• Proven track record of leading multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma / continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with STP, automation, digital transformation or workflow optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end process reengineering initiatives across Global Markets.
• Assess processes to identify inefficiencies and risks.
• Design and implement future-state processes and operating models.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Business, Operations, Technology, Risk.
• Track milestones, risks, issues and benefits.
