AXIS Capital seeks a Global Markets Claims Performance Lead to design and execute MI & reporting for Global Markets Claims, aligned to enterprise standards and governance. You will translate complex datasets into concise, decision-ready insights for senior leadership, and support governance across Lloyd’s and London Market platforms.

Lead the development of KPI frameworks, drive data quality improvements, and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Actuarial and Operations to enhance reporting

Qualifications

• Experience in Lloyd's / London Market insurance.
• Strong analytical and data visualization capabilities.
• Ability to translate datasets into decision-ready insights.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with performance narratives.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute Global Markets Claims MI & reporting.
• Develop reporting strategies aligned to enterprise standards.
• Provide forward-looking analysis on claims trends and risk indicators.
• Deliver regulatory and market reporting for Lloyd’s and London Market platforms.
