Crown Agents Bank is seeking an Operations Risk and Business Manager to support the Head of Commercial Risk & Business Management in Front Office Global Markets. You will partner with the business and risk functions to optimise processes, manage risks within the risk appetite, and drive product development while ensuring compliance.

This senior role requires 8+ years in risk and controls, FX & Derivatives product knowledge, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• University degree required (BA/BSc). UK Regs and Derivatives and operational risk management essential but not required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in risk and controls or operational risk.
• FX & Derivatives product knowledge and familiarity with payments/markets risk management.

Responsibilities

• Support Head of Commercial Risk & Business Management and optimise Front Office Global Markets operations.
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure regulatory compliance and policy adherence.
• Drive product development and strategic change from ideation to execution.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure operational continuity across platforms (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, 360T, Integral).
• Lead governance activities and prepare top-quality presentations for key forums.
