Crown Agents Bank, a rapidly growing UK bank, seeks a client-facing Global Markets professional focusing on FX derivatives and money market products. You will drive revenue, originate new business, and lead product development for new currencies and client segments, while ensuring regulatory compliance.

With 5+ years in a global/front-office environment, you will build long-term client relationships, deliver accurate pricing, and coordinate with Trading, Risk, and Operations to optimize

Formación

• Experience in FX derivatives (swaps/forwards) and money markets.
• Strong client-facing relationship management and pipeline development.
• Ability to originate cross-sell opportunities across FX, payments, liquidity and trade.

Responsabilidades

• Act as primary contact for clients on FX and MM on Global Markets desk.
• Develop client strategy and account plans; manage relationships and revenue.
• Provide pricing for FX derivatives and collaborate with Trading on pricing frameworks.
• Identify new business opportunities, drive cross-sell across corridors and products.
• Deliver revenue targets; manage pipeline, forecasts and approvals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (MiFID, FCA) and proper governance.
• Use CRM, CLM, and reporting tools to track opportunities and revenue.
