Global Marketing & Business Development Manager - Legal Sector

Location: London

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 + fantastic benefits

About the role:

We are pleased to offer an excellent opportunity for a Global Marketing & Business Development Manager within the legal sector, based in London with a hybrid working model. The ideal candidate is an experienced client development professional from a legal background, skilled in managing proposals, pitches, and cross-border BD initiatives. You should be commercially minded, confident working with senior lawyers, and thrive in fast-paced, global environments, especially within sectors like energy or infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Lead proposals, pitches, and RFP responses.
• Drive business development strategy.
• Support client targeting and key account management.
• Coordinate BD efforts across international offices.
• Create and maintain marketing and pitch materials.
• Track BD activities, budgets, and event ROI.
• Support lateral partner integration and BD coaching.

Required Experience:

• Business development experience, ideally in an international law or professional services firm.
• Proven track record managing proposals, pitches, and RFPs.
• Experience supporting cross-border or multi-office BD initiatives.
• Familiarity with energy, infrastructure, or projects sectors.
• Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders and partners.
• Skills in BD strategy, content development, and client targeting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM and pitch tools is a plus.
