Job summary

Rockwell Automation in the United Kingdom is seeking a Global Program Manager – Market Access to lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that improve customer access to Rockwell solutions, accelerate growth, and simplify commercial engagement.

You will report to the Global Director and operate in a hybrid model from Europe offices, coordinating cross-functional teams across sales, marketing, pricing, legal, and finance to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, global Market Access initiatives across multiple functions (Sales, Marketing, Commercial Operations, Customer Care, Pricing, Product Management, Legal, Finance, and Partner organizations).
• Drive execution of programs that improve customer acquisition, channel effectiveness, market penetration, and commercial scalability.
• Develop and manage program charters, business cases, project plans, milestones, resources, budgets, KPIs, and executive reporting.
• Facilitate strategic workshops and alignment sessions using PM, process improvement, and change management methodologies.
• Identify and remove barriers affecting customer and partner access; design stakeholder engagement and change management plans.
