Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking a seasoned leader to head Global Market Access and Pricing, guiding pricing, access, and HTA strategy across the HIV portfolio and prevention assets. You will partner with R&D, Commercial, Medical, and Government Affairs to embed payer insights early in asset strategy and launch planning.

You will develop evidence plans, forecast pricing needs, and oversee global price governance while coaching a high-performing team across regions and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and significant experience in Market Access, Pricing, HEOR, Reimbursement, Policy or Commercial Strategy in large pharma or healthcare.
• Experience developing global or regional pricing and access strategies, with knowledge of US payer systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience generating payer insights and developing pricing and market access plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio access and value strategy execution across global assets.
• Design and launch global pricing and access plans for launch, pipeline and lifecycle assets.
• Collaborate with R&D, Commercial, Medical, Policy and Finance to embed payer requirements early.
• Lead price governance decisions and monitor pricing strategy effectiveness.
• Develop region/local adaptations and enable rapid implementation.
• Drive analytics, data and AI-enabled market access initiatives.
