Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking an Access to Medicines Manager to design and deliver access strategies for HIV medicines across LMICs. You will coordinate with governments, supranational bodies and partners to implement agreed access plans and ensure sustainable delivery of medicines.

The role involves cross-functional collaboration with policy, regulatory, medical and supply chain teams, and potential job-sharing arrangements.

Qualifications

• Degree in health sciences, public health, international development or related field.
• Experience in HIV, global health partners, health systems and access to medicines in LMICs.
• Experience in operational delivery in global health and commercial settings.
• Experience working with supply chain, regulatory, medical, legal and communications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver access strategies and programmes for LMICs.
• Coordinate day-to-day delivery of access programmes with partners and governments.
• Forecast demand and supply for priority medicines in target markets.
• Build relationships with global health stakeholders and donors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure programme delivery.
