Job summary

ViiV Healthcare seeks a senior leader to design and drive global market access and pricing strategy for the HIV portfolio. The role partners with R&D, Commercial, Medical, and Finance to embed payer insights early in asset strategy and decision-making.

The candidate will lead evidence generation, forecasting and lifecycle pricing, while steering a high-performing global team to navigate payer landscapes and achieve early access worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Science, Health Economics, Economics or Business.
• Experience in global/regional pricing and access strategies.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and presenting to senior stakeholders.
• Experience generating payer insights, value dossiers, and launch plans.

Responsibilities

• Design global pricing and access strategies to maximise portfolio value.
• Lead development of payer value propositions and pricing plans for launch, pipeline and lifecycle assets.
• Partner with R&D, Commercial, Medical, and Finance to embed payer requirements early in strategy and development.
• Ensure forecasting, evidence generation, and launch readiness are integrated in strategy.
• Lead and develop the Global Market Access and Pricing team and build capability across regions.
