Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Oldham is seeking a Finance Manager to join a global manufacturing group. You will support the Financial Controller in delivering accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, and robust controls across the business.

You will own statutory reporting, audit coordination, tax compliance, fixed asset accounting and work with senior stakeholders on capital investments. A ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification and IFRS expertise are required.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with ACA/ACCA or CIMA
• Experience preparing/statutory accounts under IFRS and local GAAP
• Experience coordinating audits and ensuring tax/regulatory compliance
• Strong ERP & Excel skills for reporting and controls

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Controller in delivering accurate financial reporting
• Oversee statutory reporting, audit coordination and tax compliance
• Manage fixed asset accounting and control improvement initiatives
• Partner with operational stakeholders on accounting implications of capital investments
• Influence financial governance and reporting quality at a global level
