Job summary

Career Choices Dewis Gyrfa Ltd in Manchester is recruiting a Finance Manager to lead the monthly management accounts, budgeting and forecasting for a fast-paced manufacturing operation within an international group.

You will partner with finance and operational leaders, oversee inventory and stock accounting, monitor KPIs and drive process improvements while supporting a growing finance team and ensuring adherence to group reporting standards.

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with experience in manufacturing or retail SME.
• Strong grounding in management accounting, budgeting and forecasting.
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable commercial insight.
• Analytical, detail-oriented with cost accounting and stock controls experience.

Responsibilities

• Produce monthly management accounts and lead budgeting/forecasting.
• Analyze costs and margins to inform decisions.
• Partner with finance and site stakeholders to drive performance.
• Oversee inventory and stock accounting and monitor KPIs.
• Drive process improvements and support finance team development.
• Ensure group reporting compliance and financial governance.
