Job summary

Invinity Energy Systems is seeking a Maintenance Planner based in Bathgate to develop maintenance programs and plans for deployed systems worldwide. You will schedule on-site work, coordinate with project managers and customers, and ensure resources and logistics are in place for safe execution.

You will own maintenance planning, monitor asset performance via MMS, and drive improvements to availability and costs while aligning with health, safety, and quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Formal training in electrical or mechanical systems, or minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Experience in field service or asset-based maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to produce thorough service reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare maintenance plans and schedules for electrical or mechanical equipment (≤140 chars).
• Coordinate plans with project managers, departments and customers to reduce downtime (≤140 chars).
• Raise work orders and ensure resources are available to perform work safely (≤140 chars).
• Maintain site and service reports and monthly performance/status reports (≤140 chars).
• Manage spare parts and MMS data to inform maintenance strategies (≤140 chars).
• Support root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives (≤140 chars).
