Job summary

Ryan is seeking a Director, Global Mobility to lead a high-performing team delivering global mobility tax compliance and advisory services. You will translate complex tax rules into practical guidance while building scalable processes and ensuring high-quality client delivery.

You will manage client relationships, lead service quality, and contribute to the growth of the Global Mobility practice, with emphasis on cross-border assignments, remote work, and payroll considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance/Economics, Taxation, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Significant relevant experience in global mobility tax, expatriate tax, or cross-border individual taxation; leadership experience.
• Strong tax technical capability, problem-solving, client management, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Global Mobility team with coaching and performance management.
• Coordinate delivery across Ryan teams and service lines to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify client opportunities and support the sales cycle as needed.
• Translate complex tax rules into practical, commercially focused advice for clients.
