Job summary

Pro-Tax in Reading is seeking an M&A International Tax Manager to lead a portfolio of international clients and oversee advisory projects, including cross-border M&A, restructuring and transfer pricing.

Ideally ACA and/or CTA qualified with practical international tax experience; strong communication and self-motivation are essential. The role offers international exposure and flexible working options.

• ACA and/or CTA qualification with international tax experience in practice.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality with proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of a portfolio of international clients.
• Management of international tax advisory projects including M&A transactions, restructuring, transfer pricing etc
• Working closely with the indirect tax, corporate tax and R&D team.
• Recognising opportunities in the UK and overseas market for client acquisition and cross selling.
• Working with overseas teams, delegating work where required and liaising with other international tax UK offices.
