Job summary

Pro-Recruitment Group is seeking an M&A International Tax Manager in Reading to lead a portfolio of international clients and drive advisory projects across M&A, restructurings and transfer pricing. The role offers opportunities to work with overseas teams and cross-sell services.

The candidate should be ACA and/or CTA qualified with strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude, with prior international tax experience in practice. Flexibility for overseas assignments is available.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of a portfolio of international clients.

• Identify cross-border opportunities and support client acquisition and cross-selling.

Are you a CTA qualified commercial minded tax advisory who is looking for the next step up in a global consulting firm?

This international accountancy firm currently have an exciting opportunity for an M&A International Tax Manager to work on the firms biggest international clients. Having doubled their the M&A international tax team in the last 4 years the international tax department are going from strength to strength and need international tax specialists who are driven and have excellent client facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Day to day management of a portfolio of international clients;
• Management of international tax advisory projects including M&A transactions, restructuring, transfer pricing etc
• Working closely with the indirect tax, corporate tax and R&D team.
• Recognising opportunities in the both the UK and overseas market for client acquisition and cross selling
• Working with the overseas teams, delegating work where required and liaising with other international tax UK offices.

Requirements

• Ideally you will be ACA and / or CTA qualified with prior international tax experience gained in practice.
