Pro-Recruitment Group is seeking an M&A International Tax Manager in Reading to lead a portfolio of international clients and drive advisory projects across M&A, restructurings and transfer pricing. The role offers opportunities to work with overseas teams and cross-sell services.

The candidate should be ACA and/or CTA qualified with strong communication skills and a self-starter attitude, with prior international tax experience in practice. Flexibility for overseas assignments is available.

Qualifications

• ACA and/or CTA qualification with international tax experience.
• Experience in M&A international tax advisory and restructurings.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills and proactive mindset.

Responsabilités

• Day-to-day management of a portfolio of international clients.
• Lead international tax advisory projects including M&A transactions and restructurings.
• Collaborate with indirect, corporate tax and R&D teams to deliver holistic advice.
• Identify cross-border opportunities and support client acquisition and cross-selling.
