Job summary

PRO TAX in Reading is seeking a personable Corporate Tax Manager to join its growing corporate tax practice. You will work with leading clients, from mid-market to AIM-listed, delivering bespoke corporate tax solutions and driving high-quality advisory and compliance work.

You will manage a team, supervise junior staff, and contribute to the firm’s flexible working culture. The role offers substantial exposure to international tax issues, reliefs, and credits, with competitive remuneration.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of corporate tax issues and compliance procedures.
• Able to supervise junior staff handling related areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke corporate tax advice to clients from mid-market to AIM-listed.
• Lead advisory and compliance work (80% advisory / 20% compliance).
• Review corporate tax computations to identify planning opportunities and ensure correctness.
• Engage with international tax principles, such as transfer pricing and tax treaties.
