Job summary

FCDO Services is seeking a Standards & Procedures Manager to harmonise SOPs, policies and processes across Global Logistics. You will lead standard-setting efforts, collaborate with senior logistics leaders and HR to support learning, audit readiness and compliance while managing a small SOPs team.

You will ensure procedures align with safety, security, and quality requirements in a fast-moving, matrix organisation, influencing across sites and functions to drive consistent practices.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and managing SOPs, policies or process documentation in busy operational environments.
• Strong understanding of logistics, operations or service delivery environments and compliance.
• Proven ability to build relationships in a matrix organisation and to challenge when needed.
• Experience leading and developing teams and supporting audit readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and upkeep of standards, process mapping and SOPs across services and locations.
• Line manage the SOPs Administrator and provide direction on SOP development.
• Collaborate with operational leaders and HR to support learning and audit readiness.
• Ensure procedures meet safety, security, regulatory and quality requirements across functions.
