Job summary

Sales & Marketing is seeking a proactive logistics sales professional to assess customer requirements for international shipments and recommend suitable forwarding or delivery options based on destination, urgency and available services. You will advise customers on cargo, courier and travel services, delivering accurate quotations and ensuring bookings are recorded precisely.

You will keep up to date with regulations and maintain records of all enquiries, quotations and sales activity.

Responsibilities

• Assess customer requirements for international shipments and recommend forwarding or delivery options.
• Advise customers on cargo, courier and travel services, including routes, conditions, delivery arrangements and restrictions.
• Provide quotations for air tickets, parcel forwarding and other services, detailing applicable charges, service terms and booking requirements.
• Receive and process customer orders and bookings, ensuring required information is accurately recorded.
• Follow up enquiries and quotations to convert opportunities into confirmed bookings or orders.
• Keep up to date with travel, cargo and shipping regulations, restrictions, routes, pricing and the company’s service portfolio.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, bookings and sales activity.
