Job summary

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Experience with 3PL/4PL and carrier networks.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-tracking capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead global tendering across transportation, warehousing, and logistics partners, ensuring clear requirements and robust processes.
• Coordinate tenders across sea, road, air freight, 3PL, and 4PL for B2B and B2C operations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to balance cost, service, and risk.
• Manage contractual SLA oversight and act as escalation point for partner issues.
• Own the QBR process with partners and produce data-driven performance reviews.
• Oversee cross-Operations budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX) and monthly tracking with Finance.
• Develop governance, reporting packs, and scorecards aligned to global standards.
