Job summary

Sony Interactive Entertainment is seeking a Manager, Operations Service & Partner Development to support the development, tendering, procurement, and contractual performance management of global transportation, warehousing, and logistics service partners. You will work across AMER, EMEA, ANZ, APAC, and Japan to ensure the right partner network, agreements, service levels, and governance.

The role also covers cross‑Operations budgeting (OPEX/CAPEX) and monthly tracking, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, procurement, transportation, warehousing, service partner management, or operations finance.
• Experience supporting or managing logistics tenders, RFPs, supplier selection, or contract governance.
• Strong understanding of transportation modes including sea freight, road freight, and air freight.
• Experience working with 3PL warehouse providers, 4PL/control tower providers, carriers, freight forwarders, or logistics service partners.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, with budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, CPU modelling, OPEX, and CAPEX management.
• Excellent stakeholder management across Operations, Procurement, Finance, Planning, Legal, and regional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing QBRs, scorecards, and performance reviews.
• Ability to manage multiple global priorities and turn business requirements into practical partner and budget plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global tendering activity across transportation, warehousing and logistics service partners.
• Manage tenders across sea, road, air freight and warehouse 3PL/4PL services for B2B and B2C.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and regional teams to balance cost, service, capability and risk.
• Oversee contractual SLA management and escalation for service partners.
• Own the QBR process with partners, ensuring data‑driven, globally aligned reviews.
• Support cross‑Operations budgeting for OPEX and CAPEX with accurate CPU assumptions.
• Assist Finance with budget submissions, forecast cycles, variance analysis and cost visibility.
• Identify cost risks and efficiency improvements across Operations spend.
