Qualifications

• 5+ years in the digital industry within product, project management, business operations, sales operations, and/or commerce.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze and translate insights into operational improvements.
• Experience in Agile environments and driving market-oriented initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead global solutions development while maintaining regional solutions to enable Store and Services sales through digital at retail channels.
• Own project roadmaps and prioritize based on long-term strategy and immediate needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to launch projects with clear requirements and SLAs.
• Contribute to global workshops and ideation of features for digital at retail and competitive positioning.
• Drive market/product expansion and monitor development to ensure on-time delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Oversee retrospectives and communicate learnings to improve product delivery and operations.
• Assemble data and present insights to leadership and teams across the organization.
