Job summary

CMS Distribution seeks a logistics professional to manage international operations, coordinating inbound/outbound activities across regions and with 3PL partners. You will ensure accurate scheduling, provide regular reports, and drive cost-efficient, compliant freight handling.

The role requires SAP, WMS, and Office tools proficiency, with strong communication and analytical skills to maintain service levels and SOP adherence. A proactive, collaborative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics coordination across regions and multiple stakeholders.
• Familiarity with import/export regulations and freight documentation.
• Experience with SOPs and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics across regions and with partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Report on logistics activities to support budget optimisation.
• Use SAP to manage orders, invoices, packing lists and pre-alerts to customers.
• Monitor shipments through CMS 3PL hubs and address service issues promptly.
• Coordinate customs clearance with brokers and freight partners.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure on-time shipments and proper documentation.
• Plan logistics for major retail customers aligning with SLAs and delivery expectations.
• Stay informed on freight market to propose cost-efficient solutions.
• Maintain SAP PO ETAs for UK/EMEA hubs and optimise freight routes.
