Job summary

Pertemps Network Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Supply Chain and Logistics Coordinator to oversee freight movements, support customs compliance, and manage logistics partners across international markets.

You will work with internal teams, manufacturing partners, and freight providers to improve service levels, monitor KPIs, and drive cost efficiencies while ensuring on-time, on-budget deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years' experience within logistics, supply chain, freight, customs, or operations.
• Strong understanding of customs regulations and import/export procedures.
• Experience reviewing customs data and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Excellent planning, organisation and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical ability with data interpretation experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor logistics performance against KPIs and identify opportunities for service improvements and cost savings.
• Coordinate freight movements and manage relationships with freight forwarding providers.
• Support customs compliance activities and maintain accurate records (HS codes, tariff classifications).
• Review and approve freight invoices and monitor supplier performance.
• Develop SOPs and process documentation; participate in cross-functional improvement projects.
• Liaise with international manufacturing partners to ensure smooth movement of goods.
