Job summary

RWS Global, based out of Milton Keynes, is seeking a highly organised Logistics Coordinator to manage domestic and international freight, booking, and customs documentation. You will liaise with vendors, carriers and internal teams to ensure on-time, on-budget shipments worldwide.

The role requires proficiency in Excel/Outlook/Word and Wrike/NetSuite familiarity, with flexibility for hybrid working and a proactive, independent mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & book domestic & international freight for projects and events.
• Provide shipment status updates and timelines; liaise between departments, clients, vendors and carriers.
• Apply UK HS commodity codes to procurement sheets for accurate customs docs.
• Create commercial invoices and delivery notes for shipments.
• Support warehouse logistics with picking, packing and dispatch during peak workloads.
• Act as cover for warehouse operations during leave/absence at Unit 100.
• Collaborate with warehouse sites and procurement teams daily.
• Request and negotiate quotes with freight vendors for Sr Manager/PM review.
• Create Purchase Orders in the NetSuite finance system.
• Use Wrike for all project-related communications and operations.
• Assist the Sr Manager, Logistics with daily admin operations.
