Job summary

Marshall Group is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join our Warehouse & Logistics team in the United Kingdom for a fixed-term role of about one year to cover maternity leave.

You will coordinate shipments, liaise with suppliers and transport providers, and manage logistics costs while tracking CO2 emissions and planning for launches and global events. Strong accuracy, efficiency, and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in shipping, distribution, or logistics coordination.
• Experience using ERP end-to-end (Dynamics 365, SAP, JDA, JDE or equivalent).
• Proven track record coordinating time-sensitive shipments independently.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate worldwide shipments and liaise with suppliers, couriers, and providers.
• Manage logistics operations and support warehouse activities to improve efficiency.
