Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Customs Coordinator / Customs Clerk role.
• Strong understanding of UK customs procedures (imports & exports).
• Experience using CDS / customs systems.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit customs declarations (imports & exports).
• Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and international trade requirements.
• Liaise with clients, hauliers, and internal teams to coordinate shipments.
• Handle documentation checks and resolve discrepancies.
• Monitor shipments and respond to customs-related queries.
• Work with CDS and other customs platforms.
