Revvity, Inc. is seeking an experienced Logistics Specialist for our Llantrisant site. The role reports to the Site Logistics Team Lead and focuses on inventory control, SOP improvements, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth inbound and outbound movements.

You will manage HS classifications, customs documentation, and carrier coordination while using SAP and related freight systems to monitor shipments and drive KPI improvements.

• Excellent planning and organizational ability to manage multiple shipments.

Responsabilidades

• Manage site inventory control and participate in annual counts.
• Back up logistics Team Leader; supervise and coordinate Material Handlers and dispatch during absence.
• Review SOPs and drive continuous improvement projects and KPIs.
• Manage CAA Known Consignor program for the site.
• Drive operational performance metrics with the Logistics Team Leader.
• Classify and value shipments; assign HS/tariff codes and determine customs valuation.
• Review COO determinations and validate required documents.
• Use SAP and freight systems to track inbound/outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with carriers to resolve delays and work with ITC on customs issues.
• Process bills of lading, customs forms and commercial invoices; monitor freight invoices.
• Book road, air or sea transports and track loads end-to-end.
• Develop and monitor logistics KPIs using Intelligent Logistics.
• Create and update SOPs for logistics activities.
