Job summary

ebm-papst is seeking a Localization Coordinator to drive successful localization projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality outcomes, and clear communication among cross-functional teams. You will coordinate plans with project managers, schedule meetings, track progress, manage resources, and support stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience with LEAN and common PM tools such as SAP or Smartsheet is a plus. This role is on-site in the United Kingdom.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, supply chain, or business.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of LEAN principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to develop project plans, timelines, and schedules.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Schedule or facilitate project meetings.
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
• Serve as the primary technical communication link with suppliers and tool shops.
• Plan and implement plant-wide projects per management and customer requirements.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for assigned projects.
• Provide status reports on milestones and recovery plans as required.
• Assign duties across the project team.
• Assist in quality assurance by reviewing deliverables and maintaining documentation.
• Monitor performance and provide feedback to team members.
• Manage CIP and LEAN projects as required.
• Maintain supplier capacity overview and forecasts (international and domestic).
• Support compliance data (USMCA, country of origin, Made in Amerika).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
