Job summary

Neko Health AB seeks a Lighting Design Lead to own and evolve global lighting standards across clinics worldwide. You will shape how lighting supports the member experience, clinical function, and architectural identity, guiding regional teams with concept-level lighting guidance and ensuring consistency with the brand direction.

Lead collaboration across Architecture, Hardware, Medical Excellence, and Operations to drive innovative, sustainable lighting strategies in fast-growing environments.

Qualifications

• Degree in Lighting Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 8+ years of architectural lighting design experience with a portfolio.
• Experience developing lighting standards/playbooks for multi-site/global scales.
• Deep understanding of LED systems, controls, and BMS integration.
• Experience collaborating with architects, interior designers, and engineers.
• Proficiency in lighting software: DIALux/Relux/AGi32; rendering helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own the development and stewardship of global lighting design standards.
• Develop lighting standards for Location Design Playbook for global consistency.
• Provide concept-level lighting guidance to regional design teams.
• Drive lighting innovation for next-generation scanning environments and clinics.
• Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure informed lighting decisions.
