Job summary

Neko Health is seeking an experienced FF+E Design Lead to develop and steward global furniture, fixtures and equipment strategy across all clinics. You will define objects, materials and product selections shaping the member experience, with a focus on scalability and brand consistency.

Reporting to Architecture Creative Studio Lead, you’ll drive procurement strategy, develop standards for Location Design Playbook, and guide regional teams on projects worldwide while collaborating with design,

Qualifications

• Degree in interior, product, or industrial design and related field.
• 8+ years in FF+E design, specification, and procurement.
• Experience creating FF+E standards or playbooks for multi-site/global org.
• Keen eye for colour, materials and finishes.
• Understanding of bespoke furniture manufacturing methods.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and procurement across markets.
• Strong communication and ability to present to leadership.
• Comfortable in fast-growing, evolving standards environment.
